The End of All and Everything


I dreamed the end of all and everything
not a violent Armageddon, instead,
it was a movie projected on the Milky Way
that was scrolling through the credits
pictures of every animal that had ever lived
a trillion names the entire cast and crew scrolled by
at the top of the screen they fell away at red-shifted acceleration
and the Narrator who had the voice of my Fourth Grade teacher
thanked us all and everyone for our participation.
